Autel Robotics Drones Win GOOD DESIGN AWARD 2022
The GOOD DESIGN AWARD (GDA) aims to enrich our lives and society through design. Since its foundation in 1957, it has been commonly known as the "G Mark." It is a prestigious international product design award and the most influential design award in Asia.
This rounds out a great year for our designers. Earlier in 2022, we received two Red Dot Design Awards (Best Of The Best) and the iF Design Award. Additionally, after the Japan Drone and Indo Defence Expo exhibitions in June and November, we have attracted a lot of attention in Asia, and we’re proud to see design experts commend our products.
The chairperson of the Japan Institute of Design Promotion Hiroshi Naito, announced the 2022 Award winners on October 7. The Institute started accepting entries for the GDA 2022 on April 1, and after screening of 5,715 entries, gave awards to a total of 1,560.
Of those awarded works, 392 were from outside Japan, including the Autel EVO Nano+ and EVO Lite+. More details on the award can be found in the Overview Report of 2022.
Award Ceremony on November 1st
