The EVO II V3 series is out, and our flagship series is newly revamped with public safety in mind.

The EVO II series is already in use with first responders worldwide. Departments have praised it for its usability, camera quality, and reliability. The V3 chipset improves performance and adds new features that boost key capabilities. 

Better Lowlight Pictures

Emergency calls can come in at any time of day. Standoffs can last hours. The V3 series’ Moonlight Algorithm 2.0 boosts lowlight performance, meaning thermal isn’t always necessary at night, saving money and increasing situational awareness. 

The V3 series’ increased lowlight performance allows departments to save money and reduce the need for specialized equipment that takes longer to deploy. The EVO II Pro 6K V3’s boosted performance means users can accomplish more with a more versatile platform. 

The V3 series also comes with a pre-record feature, where the camera’s feed is continually saved up to 30 seconds before real-time, so events can be captured in the moments before the operator hits “record.”

Enhanced Thermal 

Portable thermal imaging is a game-changer for nighttime operations, search and rescue, target tracking, and K-9 overwatch. It lets pilots and officers spot people hiding in concealed positions, scan outdoor areas quickly, and monitor fires or flare-ups.

The V3 chipset has increased processing power that gives the 640x512 thermal camera crisper images, allowing operators to see more details at all ranges. The thermal slider integrates the thermal and optical cameras, allowing opacity adjustment. This lets operators adjust their camera settings further based on mission needs, including letting them see through glass. 

This feature can be used to monitor suspects during standoffs or hostage situations or check suspicious vehicles before sending in officers. 

The V3 chipset also gives increased post-processing options, allowing analysts to see more details for more accurate investigations. 

Dual Operator

The EVO II V3 Series will allow multi-controller operation, where one operator flies the drone and the other controls the camera. This upcoming feature will allow essential tasks can be split, with more focus per task. Pilots will be able to fly safer in tight environments and camera operators will be able to spend more time watching the surroundings for suspects. 

Alternatively, a second controller can provide another screen for commanders to monitor the drone’s view without needing a Live Deck. 

This, coupled with the 360-degree obstacle avoidance cameras, makes the EVO II V3 series our safest, easiest-to-pilot quadcopter to date. 

Live Deck 2 Streaming

The entire V3 lineup is compatible with the second-generation Live Deck. Autel’s streaming platform allows an unlimited number of video feeds to be streamed to commanders, ground teams, support units, and anybody else who needs real-time eyes on a scene. 

The system can stream footage to an unlimited number of recipients on its secure, encrypted system. It also operates without cellular service, meaning Live Deck can be used in remote areas.
