Autel Robotics UAV Product Lifecycle Management Policy

I. Overview
This UAV Product Lifecycle Management Policy (hereinafter referred to as "The Policy") is hereby established by Autel Robotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Autel Robotics") in view of technological iterations, market demands, and regulatory requirements, aiming to safeguard customer rights and interests and promote the sustainable development of the low-altitude economy. The Policy applies to all UAV models and supporting equipment released by Autel Robotics, including hardware, software, and integrated products. It defines the full-cycle management framework from End of Marketing (EOM) to End of Support (EOS) to facilitate customers' smooth transition to alternative solutions.

III. Notification and Transparency
• nformation Disclosure: All product lifecycle-related changes shall be published in the Latest News section of Autel Robotics official website.
• Distributor Obligations: Authorized distributors are required to disclose lifecycle information when selling products. Failure to fulfill this obligation will render the distributor responsible for any resulting disputes.
IV. Definitions and Supplementary Provisions
• End of Marketing (EOM): Refers to Autel Robotics’ official termination of external sales of the product.
• End of Support (EOS): Refers to Autel Robotics’ official termination of all services related to the product, including version updates and fixes (except in cases involving critical security issues or legal or regulatory requirements), technical assistance, and after-sales repair services.
• Effective Date: The policy shall take effect on July 28, 2025. Autel Robotics reserves the right to provide final interpretation of the contents herein.
