Announcement on the Lifecycle of Autel EVO III Series, EVO Nest 2, and Apex Products
Dear Autel Robotics customers and partners,
Thank you for your support of Autel Robotics! To meet the application requirements of Autel Robotics products across various industries, concentrate resources to better serve users, and enhance product stability and competitiveness, Autel Robotics implements product lifecycle management and will discontinue sales and services for the products listed below.

Note:
1. Discontinuation of production: Autel Robotics officially ceases to accept orders for this product.
2. End of sales: Autel Robotics officially ends external sales of this product.
3. End of service: Autel Robotics officially ends to provide any services for the product, including version updates and fixes (except in cases involving major security issues or mandatory regulatory requirements), technical support, and after-sales maintenance services.
According to Autel Robotics product lifecycle plan, Autel EVO III series (4T Pro, 4F Pro, 4N Pro, 3M Pro), Autel EVO Nest 2, and Autel Apex products are still in normal production and sales. The above products are scheduled to be officially withdrawn from sale as of March 31, 2031. After this date, Autel Robotics will no longer sell the products through any official channel, and all official marketing activities will cease as of this date. In addition, the above products will end service as of March 31, 2032. After this date, Autel Robotics will no longer provide any services for these products, including version updates and fixes (except for critical security issues or mandatory regulatory requirements), technical support, and after-sales maintenance services.
With respect to the Defined Support Period and in accordance with the UK PSTI Act 2022 and its associated regulations, Autel Robotics commits to providing security update support for the above products, with a minimum support period lasting until the product service end date (i.e., March 31, 2032). During this period, Autel Robotics will continuously monitor and fix known security vulnerabilities to ensure product cybersecurity.
