Our verification confirms that the inability to download our apps from the App Store results from Apple's enforcement of its platform compliance policies under U.S. export control laws. This action was neither intended by Autel Robotics nor the result of any proactive measure on our part. While we respect the right of platform operators to make decisions based on their local legal frameworks, this does not constitute an endorsement of any unsubstantiated claims that may have been made against Autel Robotics.

Autel Robotics places the highest priority on user experience. Acknowledging the inconvenience this has caused our iOS users, we have immediately launched an internal compliance review and are actively pursuing appeals through multiple channels. We are committed to restoring normal download services as swiftly as possible to protect the legitimate rights and interests of our users.

Users who have already downloaded the apps may continue to use their current versions for normal flight operations. Our back-end servers remain fully operational and stable. Android users can continue to download and update the apps normally through our official website.
