(1) When creating an account or profile, you may be required to provide your phone number, email address, custom username, and password. This information is used for identity verification, account security, and service provision.
(2) When purchasing our Services, you may need to provide your name, contact information, address, Unified Social Credit Code, business license, and bank card number. This information is used for order creation, payment processing, logistics, and to ensure the smooth completion of transactions. If you wish to obtain an invoice, additional information such as your name, company name, company taxpayer identification number, address, phone number, and bank name and account number may be requested.
(3) To handle customer service requests, we may require certain information to verify your identity, such as the service requested (including repair history) and related communication records (including your chat logs and correspondence).

In addition to the information you provide directly, we may also collect information about your use of Services through the software on your device and other methods. This information includes:
(1) Device Information: Information about your device, including hardware model, software information, unique device identifiers, and IP address.
(2) Usage Logs: The backup function is disabled by default, and your flight data is not actively uploaded or shared via mobile devices. Unless explicitly authorized by you, we do not have access to your flight log data. Only flight logs from the specified date range you selected will be accessible once permission is granted.
We obtain information from third parties and sources outside our Services (such as our commercial customers and partners), including personal information. If we combine or associate information from other sources with personal information collected through our Services, we will treat the combined information as personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
(1) We may invite you to participate in our product improvement programs to help design new products, services, or improve existing services. If you give your consent, we may collect the following information for Service analysis and research: your account information, device information, diagnostic data, and usage data.
(2) With your consent, we may dispatch technicians to visit you directly to understand your usage of our Services or collect failure reports.
(3) We may also collect additional information that you choose to send regarding you, your device, or your use of Services.

For example, in compliance with legal requirements, legal processes, or government agencies, courts' orders, your information may need to be disclosed. Additionally, such parties may request your information for law enforcement, national security, anti-terrorism, or other purposes related to public safety.
Information may be disclosed to third parties in the event of a merger, transfer, acquisition, sale, or bankruptcy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Physical and technical safeguards have been implemented to ensure the security of your information. However, please note that, despite reasonable measures taken to protect your information, no website, internet transmission, computer system, or wireless connection can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
1. SSL/TLS and other mainstream security technologies are used to encrypt transmission channels. Our information collection, storage, and processing practices (including physical security measures) are regularly reviewed to prevent unauthorized access or tampering with systems.

Access to personal information is strictly controlled based on the principle of least privilege. To comply with data security and localization requirements in different jurisdictions, Autel Robotics applies the following storage and security measures:
Americas: Data generated in the Americas is stored on AWS cloud servers located in the United States. Security measures include encrypted transmission and storage and private read/write controls.
Europe: Data generated in Europe is stored on AWS cloud servers located within the European Union. Security measures include encrypted transmission and storage and private read/write controls.
Other Regions: Data generated in other regions is currently stored in the same manner as in the Americas.
Your personal information belongs to you. You have the right to request details of the information we have collected about you. You may also ask us to provide your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, delete your information, or correct any inaccuracies. You can contact us at any time by emailing compliance@autelrobotics.com or through the methods provided on our website or within our applications.
However, if you request the deletion of your personal information, you may no longer be able to access the Services we provide. We must retain certain data as required by law and therefore cannot delete it.
For security purposes, we may require you to provide a written request or otherwise verify your identity, which in some cases may be required before processing your request.
We generally do not charge a fee for reasonable requests; however, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for requests that are repeated to an unreasonable extent. Our websites and Services are primarily intended for adults. Minors are not permitted to create their own user accounts without the consent of a parent or guardian.

Although local laws and customs define minors differently, we treat any individual under the age of 16 as a minor.

This U.S. Privacy Policy Supplement (the "U.S. Supplement") sets out additional practices for processing of personal information for residents of the United States and should be read together with the Autel Robotics Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Privacy Policy and this U.S. Supplement, the terms of this U.S. Supplement shall prevail.
Additional Uses of Your Information
In addition to the purposes described in the "How We Use Your Information" section above, we may use the personal information of U.S. residents for other purposes, such as developing and training our artificial intelligence algorithms and models.
Autel Robotics's Inability to Access Biometric Data Stored on Your Device
In addition to the categories of personal information Autel Robotics may obtain as described above, certain Services may utilize biometric data stored on your device to provide Service features. We may also automatically generate certain biometric data when using certain Services.
This biometric data will remain on your device and will not be transmitted to, accessed by, or otherwise obtained by Autel Robotics. Autel Robotics does not share this biometric data with third parties. You may delete any registered biometric data or voice wake commands at any time in the relevant settings. As Autel Robotics cannot access this data, it cannot delete it on your behalf.
State Law Privacy Rights
In addition to the rights you enjoy as described in the "What Are Your Rights?" section of the Privacy Policy, you may also, pursuant to applicable law, request to opt out of the following if we make material changes to our Privacy Policy or a privacy notice for a specific Service: (1) the sale of your personal information; (2) the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; (3) the processing of your personal information for targeted advertising; (4) the collection or processing of your sensitive data; (5) the collection of your personal information through voice recognition features; or (6) the further processing of previously collected personal data in a substantially different manner.
