Note

  • The EVO Lite Enterprise firmware and the app can only be updated through OTA(Over-The-Air) methods.
  • However, if you encounter an update issue or the RC and Aircraft cannot pair, please contact our customer service at +1 (844) 692 8835 or email us at support@autelrobotics.com.

Update Tips

  1. Power on the remote controller and aircraft. Make sure that the aircraft and remote controller are well paired, both have a battery level of more than 50%, and the network connection of the remote controller is normal.
  2. Open the Autel Enterprise App. If there is a version update available, you will receive a pop-up notification on the main interface of the App or you can manually select the update in the settings of the App.
  3. Click "Update All", and the Autel Enterprise App will automatically download and update the firmware for the remote controller and aircraft.
  4. After the update is complete, follow the pop-up instructions to restart the remote controller and aircraft.

Reminder

  • During the update process, do not power off the aircraft ft and keep it connected to the RC.
  • The update process takes about 25 minutes (depending on the network of RC).
