EVO Max Series Related Downloads

The EVO Max series firmware package (Released on Apr 24, 2024) contains the following components update:

Software Release

We've recently optimized the map functionality for our EVO Max series. To ensure you have the best user experience, please update your aircraft firmware to V1.7.0.149 and your remote controller firmware to V1.6.0.138. If you encounter any difficulties during the update process, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Autel Robotics customer support center at support@autelrobotics.com or call (844) 692-8835.
Versions V1.6 (Aircraft: V1.6.0.79; RC: 1.5.0.57) or earlier and V1.7 (Aircraft: V1.7.0.51; RC: 1.6.0.59) or later are incompatible. In other words, if the aircraft firmware is at V1.6 or earlier while the RC firmware is at V1.7 or later, or vice versa, the aircraft and the RC will not pair.
The EVO Max firmware and the app can only be updated through OTA (Over-The-Air) methods. However, if you encounter an update issue or the RC and Aircraft cannot pair, please contact our customer service at +1 (844) 692 8835 or email us at support@autelrobotics.com.

Power on the remote controller and aircraft. Make sure that the aircraft and remote controller are well paired, both have a battery level of more than 50%, and the network connection of the remote controller is normal.
Open the Autel Enterprise App. If there is a version update available, you will receive a pop-up notification on the main interface of the App or you can manually select the update in the settings of the App.
Click "Update All", and the Autel Enterprise App will automatically download and update the firmware for the remote controller and aircraft.
After the update is complete, follow the pop-up instructions to restart the remote controller and aircraft.

Please ensure that the aircraft and RC are fully charged before upgrading.
During the update process, do not power off the aircraft and keep it connected to the RC.
The update process takes about 15 minutes (depending on the network of RC).
