Terms of Autel Robotics Dragonfish Series Enterprise Care Services

Thanks for your concern about Autel Robotics Dragonfish SeriesCare services (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) .

Please pay attention to the following key notes:

1. You have read and understood the terms of the Services upon your purchase;

2. To ensure your legitimate rights and interests, the version of the Services you purchase must be consistent with the purchase region of Autel RoboticsDragonfish Series products(hereinafter referred to as “the product(s)” or “Dragonfish”);

3. Each set of Autel Robotics products can be bound to one type of service at the same time. In case of SN change of the product after using the Services, the changed product will be bound with the Services of the original product automatically and follow the provisions of the Services, such as the validity and official warranty provisions of the original products. Do not purchase the Services for your product repeatedly;

4. The serial number (SN) of the products and their parts contain the key information for using the Services. Please keep such information safe and do not disclose it to others, otherwise, you will bear responsibility.

1. Introduction to the Services

Autel Robotics Dragonfish Series Enterprise Care Services are specially created to provide comprehensive protection for your Dragonfish Series products. Coverage options include free replacements or free repair services for damage such as crashing, water damage, or signal interference. This efficient and total accident protection service provides greater peace of mind during your ownership. All the contents in the Services are provided by Autel Robotics Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “we” or “Autel Robotics”) or our designated affiliates. Here’s the introduction to the specific service policies.

1) Deductible Repair/Replacement shall be carried out in the form of deducting the coverage limit. The coverage limit of each product shall be subject to the specific Service Contract.

2. The coverage limit of different Dragonfish models purchased at the same time can be shared. Within the coverage limit, the corresponding amount shall be deducted according to the cost of repair or replacement.

3) If the amount is not sufficient to offset the last repair or replacement service, the insufficient part needs to be paid according to the actual cost.

We suggest maintenance 1 year after the activation of Dragonfish or 200 flight hours, whichever is earlier. You can pay the repair fees via direct payment or a deduction from your coverage limit.

Services of Standby Dragonfish

1. During repair or replacement of your Dragonfish, you’re entitled to a temporary standby Dragonfish provided by Autel Robotics free of charge, which will have the equivalent functions, performance, and reliability as your current Dragonfish. Some may have slight appearance defects.

2. After the repair of your product(s), we will notify you to exchange the Dragonfish.

3. If the temporary standby Dragonfish is damaged by you, Autel Robotics will deduct the coverage limit identical to the repairing fees of the standby Dragonfish.

Free round-trip shipping

(only available in the Chinese mainland, United States, and European Union. Customers outside these regions must contact Customer Service, and consider duties, clearance, logistics, and other expenses for a single trip.

Out of these areas, Autel and the customer shall separately bear all the customs, customs clearance, logistics, and other costs incurred by one-way transportation.

Sharing Services between Dragonfishs

The coverage limit of several products activated within the same 30 days can be superposed and shared.

Purchase Limits

1. The product(s) shall be never activated, or be activated within 48 hours, or pass the functional evaluation from Autel Robotics After-sales Team.

2. The maximum life of the Services is 3 years. If you have already purchased the Dragonfish Series Enterprise Care Services (Three years), you may not make any further purchases of the Services in any form.

2. Service Terms

The following types of the product(s) applicable to the Services:

• Dragonfish Lite Z2/T3/T3H

• Dragonfish Standard Z2/T3/T3H/L20T

• Dragonfish Pro Z2/T3/T3H/L20T/L50T

Note: The Services cover the fuselage, left wing, right wing, and tail, as well as the gimbal camera, battery, and propeller that go with the fuselage.

2.2 Purchase premise of the Services and renewal conditions: Brand new unactivated

Autel Robotics Dragonfish series purchased for the first time, or Autel Robotics

Dragonfish series with an activation time of no longer than 48 hs,r or Dragonfishs that pass Autel Robotics’ remote video check. The Services can be purchased for once only within a service cycle and cannot be renewed until the validity expires.

2.3 Use process of the Services

1. In case of any damages to your Dragonfish within the coverage, please contact our

after-sales specialist within 48 hr. Contact number:.

2. Send back the damaged product(s);

3. After-sales service engineers will determine the damages and cause of the crash. You may choose to get a standby Dragonfish at this time. If the repair is determined to not be covered under warranty, you may choose to use this Services;

4. After confirming the service plan and repair price quote, you need to make payment

either alone or by deducting from the service package;

5. Pay repairing costs, make repairs according to the plan and undergo a test before delivery;

6. Send the product meeting delivery standard to the customer after repair.

3. General terms

3.1 Validity of the Services

The Services remain valid corresponding to the type of service you purchased. For the products and the service package purchased at our site or our designated agency, the Services will take effect at 0: 00 on the second day after the service purchase invoice is issued to 24:00 on the due date of the Services.

3.2 Instructions for using the Services.

3.2.1The Services are unlimited within the valid usage period and coverage.

3.2.2 If you purchase Dragonfish Series Enterprise Care Services (One year), then you will enjoy a one-time free replacement. If you purchase the two-year Dragonfish Series Enterprise Care Services, then you will enjoy two free replacements. If you purchase Dragonfish Series Enterprise Care Services for three years, then you will have three free replacements.This replacement opportunity can only be used once per year. The deductible part includes the Dragonfish fuselage, left-wing, right-wing, tail and payload system. Other spare parts are free to repair. You are free to choose deductible part repairing or deductible coverage limit replacement;

3. For the repairing fees which are deducted using the Services, your must report to our after-sales service specialist within 48 hr after the accident occurred, submit the application form for after-sales repair as well as the evidentiary materials of the accident on the date of occurrence (including but not limited to flight data, photos or videos of the accident site, etc.; evidentiary materials shall not be falsified artificially); otherwise, Autel Robotics cannot provide you with effective services;

4. The warranty services above apply to the Dragonfish bound with the Services only. The Services will be automatically bound with the Dragonfish that was repaired in the factory.

3.3 Exclusions

Losses or damages caused outside the Services are not covered by us. Specifically, it mainly includes the following circumstances:

1. Damaged components not within the coverage.

2. Components within the coverage that are fully or partly missing.

3. Components that have been stolen, robbed, or discarded.

4. Damage to the product(s) caused by flights in unsuitable conditions (including but not limited to meteorological and hydrological environments), or operation not in accordance with the recommended use as outlined in the product's user manual, or product(s) damage caused by violation of drone airworthiness requirements.

5. Abrasions and shell damage that do not affect the performance of the product.

6. Damage caused by natural disasters, wars, military actions, riots, coups, rebellions,

and terrorist activities.

7. Indirect loss or anticipated profit in any form.

8. Repair or replacement requests that are beyond the coverage period of the Services.

9. Damage due to modification or disassembly of the product that is non-compliant

with official documentation or unauthorized by Autel Robotics.

10. Damage due to incorrect installation, or from use and operation not in accordance

with the requirements in the user manual.

11. Applications for service from outside of the region of purchase.

12. Personal injury or property damage to the customer or other personnel caused by

the product(s).

13. Any litigation, arbitration, and related expenses in connection with the Services.

14. Damage caused when used with third-party parts, batteries, or software.

15. Additional operations and expenses incurred in improving the technology and performance of the products.

16. Termination of the Services due to your specific misconduct, including: ①intentional damage. ②Damage caused by use of the product for activities that are illegal or in violation of usage rules. ③Damage caused by unauthorized third party’s repair.

4. Termination of Service

The Services will be terminated automatically in any of the following cases:

1. The validity of the Services expires;

2. The quota has been fully deducted;

3. Your specific improper behaviors. In such a case, Autel Robotics will reserve the right to investigate your responsibilities further.

5. Change, return, or transfer of the Services

5.1 The Services (Dragonfish platform) is bound with one Dragonfish only and cannot be changed once sold (except for product repairing and change).

5.2 The Services can be returned within 2 months after purchase if no deduction is used. In such a case, handling fees which are 10% of the price will be deducted.

5.3 The Services cannot be returned once used.

5.4 The Services can be transferred together with Dragonfish and task devices instead of alone.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Before applying for the Services, please visit https://www.autelrobotics.com/page/privacy and read the Autel Robotics privacy policy carefully. By applying for the Services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, agree to, and abide by this Privacy Policy. You authorize to provide Autel Robotics with your personal information including your name, email, address, mobile number, fax number, and ID number(if applicable) so that Autel Robotics can contact you and confirm your identity.

6.2 Before sending out your product(s), please back up the information stored in your product. We do not keep information stored in the products you send back. So if you apply to use the replacement service, you agree that Autel Robotics can delete all data automatically recorded in your product.

6.3 If you apply for the replacement service, do not send back your SD card. Autel Robotics shall not be liable for any loss or damage of data in the SD card that you have sent back to Autel Robotics.
